Once your order is placed we will create a digital artwork proof for you to review of your custom pendant design. Artwork Proofs can be emailed or texted, which ever you prefer. We will not begin creating the pendant until you are satisfied with the artwork and send approval. Artwork proofs will be sent within 4 business days (Monday-Friday).

Due to our unique 3D Stainless Steel engraving process the textured grey background of your engraving needs to be kept dry at all times to avoid oxidation or rust.
We recommend removing your necklace before showering, swimming, sweating or exercising to keep your engraved Stainless Steel pendant looking new.
