When will my item ship?

• All of our products are custom and made-to-order which means it takes several days to produce your order before shipping.
• Please check the product page to see how many days it takes to handcraft that product before shipping.
• We always do our best to make and ship our orders as quickly as we can.
• Orders will ship Monday-Friday, we are closed over the weekends and on major holidays.

What is your free shipping for US Orders?

• We offer Free Shipping on all US Orders.
• After the keychain is created, all custom keychains are shipped via USPS First Class delivery (approx 3-5 days)
• After the necklace is created, all custom necklaces are shipped via FedEx 2 Day delivery.
  
  

  Custom Keychain Production Time:
  Our custom keychains normally take between 3-5 business days to create before shipping.

  Custom Necklace Production Time :
  Our custom necklaces normally take up to 10 business days to create before shipping.
  
  

Do you offer expedited shipping?

• We can upgrade your order to USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Day) shipping
• We unfortunately do not offer overnight shipping options as it is not guaranteed.

Do you offer tracking?

• Once your order is ready to ship you will receive an email with tracking information.

Do you do rush orders and is there a fee?

• Yes, we always do our absolute best to accommodate rush orders if needed. If you can email us before you order with the date needed and the zip code it is shipping to we can let you know if we can get your order to you on time.

Do you ship Internationally?

Canada
At this time we do not offer international shipping to Canada.

All other countries
At this time we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.
