Once you've decided a custom pendant is for you, just email us your idea or drawing and we will help bring it to life! Please email your artwork or logo before ordering so we can be sure we can create a nice raised engraving of your artwork.
Artwork must already be created as a digital image, vector, or a drawing that does not need to be redrawn. We prefer vector artwork but please send any file type you have and we can see if that is something we can create for you.

The backside of this pendant can be left blank or can be deep engraved with any text of your choice. We can fit up to 5 lines of text with 17 characters (letters, numbers, punctuation) per line.
ARTWORK PROOF
Once your order is placed we will create a digital artwork proof for you to review of your custom pendant design. Artwork Proofs can be emailed or texted, which ever you prefer. We will begin creating the pendant once you are satisfied with the artwork and send approval. Artwork proofs will be sent within 4 business days (Monday-Friday).
If you do not receive your proof within 4 days please reach out to be sure we have your correct contact information. Any questions at all please contact us.

Each pendant’s transformation begins with state-of-the-art machining equipment which we use to create your personalized design. Carefully removing hundreds of layers of metal, we carve your custom design into a stunning 3-dimensional relief.
Once the 3D relief is created, each pendant is carefully hand-shaped, and finished. This is where the true art form begins as our hand finishing process allows us to really bring your 3D relief to life by adding highlights, contours, and softness. These intricate details are crucial in bringing out the dimension and personality of each design.
Because each pendant is finished freehand it is a unique work of art and no two pieces will be exactly the same. Blending our artistic skill with your unique voice allows us to create something truly original together. A meaningful work of art.
