What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express Payments.
We also accept PayPal payments. You do not have to a PayPal account to checkout with PayPal, you can also use any major credit card.
How do you ship?
All of our products are individually made-to-order which means we need several days to craft your order before shipping. Please check the individual product page to see how many days we need to craft your order.
We offer Free USPS First Class Mail shipping for US orders and offer upgraded USPS Priority Mail shipping at checkout for a small fee.
All custom necklaces are shipped via our free FedEx 2nd Business Day delivery
We do offer curbside pickup by appointment! Please send an email or give us a call at (208)719-9520 to choose a pickup time.

Custom Keychain Turnaround :
Our custom keychains normally take between 3-5 business days to create before shipping.
Custom Necklace, Handwriting and Logo Engraving Turnaround :
Our custom necklaces, handwriting keychains, and custom logo products normally take up to 12 business days to create before shipping.
All orders placed within the US include free shipping
We always do our best to handcraft our orders as quickly as possible.
Once your order is shipped we will send an email confirmation with tracking so you can track your package!
Do you accept rush orders?
We do our best to accommodate rush ordered if needed! Please email us with the date you need your item and we will try to accommodate your request if at all possible. We do not have rush fees, we are happy to do our best to expedite your order if possible.
Do you accept returns?
We guarantee our craftsmanship completely and that your gift will be engraved as you ordered it, if we made a mistake on your order we will replace it right away. Please email us so we can correct our error.
If there is a material defect, please email us as soon as possible and we will work with you to exchange the item right away.
For personalized orders do not accept returns. We want you to love your order though, so if you are not happy with the text you choose or the color, etc we can work with you to exchange the engraved tag, or change the hardware or size, etc for a small fee.
How do I know what my personalization will look like?
If you’d like we are more than happy to send an artwork proof of how your engraving will look on the item you have purchased or would like to purchase. Please send an email with your order number and I can send a quick proof.
What if I make a mistake on my personalization?
It doesn't happen very often but if it does and you accidentally entered the wrong text on your order we have a few ways we can help you. For example, we may be able to remove the tag on our leather bracelets and keychains and engrave a new tag for an engraving fee. Please email us right away and we can work with you to fix it quickly.
