What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express Payments.
We also accept PayPal payments. You do not have to a PayPal account to checkout with PayPal, you can also use any major credit card.
Customs Duties and Import Tax
Import duty is a tax collected on imports by a country's customs authorities. It is usually based on the imported good's value. Depending on the context, import duty may also be referred to as customs duty, tariff or import tax.
If you are ordering our products to be shipped to another country other than the United States you may be responsible for an import tax at the time of delivery.
Import tax may be assessed by the customs authorities of the importing country depending on the contents and destination country of your shipment. If there is a duty, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay.
We, unfortunately, do not have control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be as each country has its own rules and customs fees.
How do you ship?
All items are individually made-to-order and will ship from our shop within 3-5 business days. Your order will be shipped via the US Post Office. Business days are Monday through Friday, we are closed over the weekend.
If we can ship your order sooner, we always will! We work around the clock to get our custom orders shipped out as quickly as we can.
Once your order is shipped we will send an email confirmation with tracking so you can track your package!
How long do custom orders take to make?
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for all orders to be made but the exact turnaround date will be shown on every product page.
** Some of our custom logo products that require a custom embossing stamp may take 7-10 business days.
Do you accept rush orders?
We do our best to accommodate rush ordered if needed! Please email us with the date you need your item and we will try to accommodate your request if at all possible.
Do you accept returns?
We guarantee our craftsmanship completely and that your gift will be engraved as you ordered it, if we made a mistake on your order we will replace it right away. Please email us so we can correct our error.
If there is a material defect, please email us as soon as possible and we will work with you to exchange the item right away.
For personalized orders do not accept returns. We want you to love your order though, so if you are not happy with the text you choose or the color, etc we can work with you to exchange the engraved tag, or change the hardware or size, etc for a small fee.
How do I know what my personalization will look like?
If you’d like we are more than happy to send a proof of how your text will look on the item you have purchased or would like to purchase. Please send an email with your order number and I can send a quick proof.
What if I make a mistake on my personalization?
It doesn't happen very often but if it does and you accidentally entered the wrong text on your order we have a few ways we can help you. For example, we may be able to remove the tag on our leather bracelets and keychains and engrave a new tag for a small engraving fee. Please email us right away and we can work with you to fix it quickly.
What size bracelet do I wear ?
Our leather bracelets are based off the recipients exact wrist measurement. We recommend using a soft measuring tape wrapped snug but not tight around your wrist. Please use our Sizing Chart page to full instructions on how to measure your wrist and find the correct bracelet size to order.
What if I ordered the wrong size bracelet?
