Before ordering please email us your finished drawing and we’ll work with you to transform it into a beautiful piece that reflects your spirit. 

Artwork must already be created as a digital image, vector, or a drawing that does not need to be redrawn. We prefer vector artwork (.pdf or .ai files) but please send any file types you have and we can review it to see if that is something we can create for you.

FRONT (3D Relief)
The front side of the pendant can be customized with your own drawing, your business logo, or any copyright free words, symbols or designs. 

We are not able to engrave photographs, but drawings and logos with nice thick solid lines works best with our deep engraving. We are not able to offer drawing services at this time but please send your ideas and we will do our best to help bring your design to life.

BACK (Deep Engraving)
The backside of this pendant can be left blank or can be deep engraved with any text of your choice. We can fit up to 4 lines of text with 13 characters (letters, numbers, punctuation) per line.

ARTWORK PROOF
Once your order is placed we will create a digital artwork proof for you to review of your custom pendant design. Artwork Proofs can be emailed or texted, which ever you prefer. We will not begin creating the pendant until you are satisfied with the artwork and send approval. Artwork proofs will be sent within 4 business days (Monday-Friday).
